Frame work: Rainforced cement concrete

Super Structure: Table moulded bricks in cement mortar

Doors: Main door with teak wood frames and teak wood shutters. Internal doors with teak wood frames and flush shutters with teak venier. Brass fittings for all doors.

Windows: Complete teakwood frames, teak wood shutters with glass panels and ornamental MS safety grills with standard fittings.

Flooring: Complete marble big slabs with Tin oxide polish for all rooms, staircase, corridors and balconies with skirting all around. Car parking, drive ways and other open areas with crazy external flooring tiles.

Sanitary: Colored ceramic tiles up to 7' height, concealed pipeline, colored wash basin, colored Indian or European commode matching with tiles, standard fittings provision for geyser in toilets. Bath tub will be provided in master bedroom toilet

Plastering: Internal walls: Smooth putty finish (NCL Altek/Euro plaster or equivalent) with POP cornice design in all rooms.
External walls: Two Coats water proof plastering in cement mortar.

Painting: Internal walls: Plastic emulsion (Asian/Altek/Biria or equivalent) with smooth roller finish.
External walls: Anti-fungal, waterproof, acrylic based paint (Asian apex / Dulux weather shield or equivalent), surface with texture with Renovo (or) equivalent.
Doors/Windows: Wooden polish (Asian/ICI/Burger or equivalent) to all the door frames and shutters. Windows shall be enamel painted.

Electrical: Concealed multi-strand copper wiring (Finolex/Polycab/RPG or equivalent) with 3-phase meters & MCBs. Good quality modular switches, power plugs for A/C, geyser, washing machine, mixer & refrigerator. Concealed wiring for telephone, TV, master antenna and cable line in all rooms.

Elevator: One elevator of 6 passenger’s capacity with stand by generator.

Water Supply: 24 hours of water supply from bore well, in addition to Municipal water supply.

Kitchen: Granite Kitchen platform with steel sink, 2' height dado with ceramic tiles above platform.

Security System: Intercom system shall be provided for security purpose.
